The Analyst Resource Center (ARC) is funded by the Department of Labor's Employment and Training Administration. The ARC is responsible for the development and maintenance of a standard database structure for use by the states to deliver workforce, economic, demographic and similar information. The ARC also funds the National Crosswalk Service Center (NCSC) which provides a variety of database structure and content services. The NCSC also maintains this web site.

State Workforce Information Database administrators bring a variety of experiences and qualifications to their jobs. To some degree, they all have a need for a set of common services. This web site is designed to provide provide two of those services:

--Information about sources of content for their databases.

--Answers to questions commonly asked by state database administrators.
